First Degree Level 1: Reiki Introduction. Learn and Practice Workshop (1 day)
Introduction level 1. Healing of self and others (family, friends and pets).
Who: Anyone is welcome to attend this workshop those interested in using Reiki for themselves perhaps to help them sleep better, manage stress and support other health and wellbeing activities. It is also for the curious, and those who would like to take it further perhaps using Reiki as part of a existing therapy business or building up a Reiki type business
The workshops include:
Attunements to start the flow of Reiki energy
The history of Reiki
Usui Reiki principles
How to channel Reiki
The importance of intention
How to use Reiki for self healing
How to give a Reiki treatment to others ( chair and couch treatment)
Practical exercises.

Second Degree Level 2: Reiki Practitioner Workshop (1 day)
Practitioner level 2 (second degree). Greatly increases the ability to use Reiki and the confidence to carry out professional Reiki Treatments. (This level is also recognised by insurance companies regards to providing paid/professional Reiki treatments).
Who: To be eligible for this workshop you should have completed Reiki level 1 (first degree) with a qualified Reiki Master.
The workshops include:
Attunement to the Usui Reiki Level 2 energy. Increasing your Reiki energy connection.
The Practitioner Reiki symbols and their uses. These include Distance Healing. Mental & Emotional. Power Symbol.
How to send Reiki by distance using the symbols
How to give a Reiki treatment at level 2
Using Reiki with the chakras and aura
Introduction to becoming a practitioner(insurance, support organisations, record keeping, ethics, aftercare and consultations).
How to give a professional Reiki treatment
Chakra balancing and body scanning
Practical exercises and much more.

Third Degree Level 3: Reiki Master Practitioner Workshop (1 day)
Originally Reiki had three levels. The third level involved an apprenticeship, learning to teach Reiki over a period of time. The practice of Reiki at the third level is now broken down into two stages, Master Practitioner Level and Master Reiki Teacher Level.
Not everyone feels their life purpose is to teach Reiki, but they would like to have an even greater understanding of the Reiki system and learn the skills available in Reiki Master Practitioner.
Reiki Master Practitioner Level 3
Learn advanced Reiki techniques, new symbols and their practical uses
Who: To be eligible for this workshop students should have completed Reiki Level 2 with a qualified Reiki Master and given themselves time to settle in to the Reiki Energy, feel they are ready for the next stage of development.
The workshops include:
Introduction to the Master symbol and where it can be used
The origins and meaning of the second degree Symbols
Reiki Master attunement
Space clearing and preparation with the master symbol
Meditations and visualisations
Charging objects and water with Reiki
Introducing other elements into your Reiki treatments
Advanced full treatment
Advanced distant healing techniques
Ongoing support
Reiki Master Teacher Workshop (2 days + mentor support)
Become a Reiki Master Teacher. Is this is your next step on your Reiki journey? The workshops enable you to become a link in the chain of Master Teachers that forms the lineage going back to Dr Usui himself. As a practitioner of Reiki you will know there are only so many people you can treat one to one and even though changing the path of just one persons life for the better is deeply significant, becoming a Teacher of Reiki gives you the capacity to touch and help many more people with this healing art.
Who: To be eligible for this workshop students should have completed Reiki Level 3 with a qualified Reiki Master. It is important at this level to think about your Reiki experience and desire to help and serve. People who take this step are often those who at first did not believe they could. If you feel a pull to do this, I am happy to work with you, develop your confidence, skills and practice to another level giving you the knowledge and confidence to take someone through Reiki training yourself.
The workshops include:
Exercises and Inquiry into becoming a Reiki Master Teacher
How to attract the perfect client or perfect student
Purification meditation opening to the lineage
Introduction to the Attunement symbols. Master teacher attunement
Preparing a Sacred Space for attunements, Reiki attunements preparation and practice. Following the Master Teacher workshop further mentoring is available to support you in taking your first step to teach Reiki to others.

Master Teacher Workshop (2 days and mentor support)
This level is the final part of the jigsaw and gives you the tools to teach Reiki. I am happy to talk to you about the workshop and teaching Reiki before you register for the workshop. Please feel free to contact me if you would like an initial chat.

Note: On completion of each level you will receive a recognised qualification and certificate as evidence. Level 2 Reiki Practitioner certificates are needed by insurance companies as proof of your training should you want to charge for reiki treatments in the future.
