Is life still an adventure for you? When was the last time you mentioned your age? Did it stop you from doing something? There are times when age matters but…. do we use it as an excuse? Lets be honest with ourselves.
Trying new things, can be challenging but also satisfying when you achieve success. Imagine…. you have a bag full of TIME with your name on it and when its gone that’s it. Each day 24 hours are deducted from the bag automatically regardless of whether you like it or not. The balance slowly reducing. How do you use your 24 hours each day? Wisely doing the things you really want to do… we all too often forget the popular saying…
Yesterday is history *** Tomorrow is a gift *** Today a present
Some ideas to relight that fire and make every hour of everyday count:
Your passions. Think about what you really really are passionate about. Start that new hobby, perhaps plan to startup your own business or community organisation. Many people find running their own business great fun and rewarding. You might have always been interested in healing and health ? Why not find out more about Reiki?
Bucket List. Get some paper and decide the main areas of your life. Write down everything you’d like to do. Prioritise and get making those plans.
Obstacles and limiting beliefs. Recognise any barriers you are putting in place and get over them. Anything is possible if you have the desire.
Inspiration. You only need to look around you to see ordinary people achieve great things. Collect inspiring stories and keep them in a scrap book. When you feel its “too hard” remember, too hard are just words we tell ourselves. The reality is it’s never too late and rarely impossible.
