First Degree Level 1: Reiki Introduction.

Learn and Practice Workshop (1 day)

Level 1 is the basic introduction, initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone. It includes an overview of the history of Reiki, hand placement, self and group practice.

It opens the energy channels on a physical level, allowing you to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands and gives you the tools and confidence to start practicing Reiki on yourself, family, friends and pets.

At the Level 1 workshop you will receive your first Reiki attunement. Many people experience physical symptoms of energy in their palms after the first attunement including tingling, coolness or heat.

This workshop gives you the opportunity to practice treatments, learn more about energy, chakras and meet new people at the same stage as yourself.
